Welcome to my blog. This is the beginning of a new chapter in my life, and I wish to share it with YOU! I was inspired to start my own webpage where I will share my thoughts and experiences regarding unconditional love, energy, law of attraction, yoga, meditation, healing modalities, and other spiritual concepts and activities. It is my hope that these posts will help others find more peace and joy in their own lives as well.

My deepest desire is to show others that we are more similar than we are different, and that by focusing on our similarities, we can unite into a stronger and more abundant, peaceful and loving existence. We all want to love and be loved. We long for a sense of belonging. These desires expand beyond the human species, but given the medium of these communications, obviously these posts are intended for other beings who are presently having a human experience.

The title for this post is “In the beginning, there was LOVE” for more than one reason:

1. The creation of this blog was inspired by the concept of, and my personal experiences with, unconditional love. Rest assured that we will definitely get into that more, but for now, suffice to say, the premise of this creation is LOVE.
2. I personally believe that the energy of unconditional love is what brought life into being on the planet Earth… In other words, I believe Mother Earth was made out of unconditional love and so were all of her inhabitants.
   • Some people may call this energy “God” (or one of the many other other names from spiritual and religious texts).
   • Some people may not believe in God or anything like that, in which case, I’d venture to guess that just the energy of love being a necessary component in creation may be a little more digestible (ex: how does a baby grow without the love of a parent to care for it?).
